Grid and BAFFLES false ceilings

Grid false ceilings offer all the features of metal and PVC panel along with the aesthetic effect of monolithic or modular false ceilings, as well as ensuring the concealment of installations and the passage of light and air. Useful for rooms where there are no regulation-required heights or where the passage of light and air is required through the false ceiling. However, they can also be used for the masking of aeration systems or covering of technological and lighting equipment, and for elevator ceilings. This product combines the virtues of metal with regulatory requirements including in the naval and industrial sectors.

The grids or gratings are available in panels sized 60 x 60 cm or 60 x 120cm formed from many strips laid at right angles to one another and inserted one after the other so as to form a lattice of the desired size. The strips can be straight or tilted or have a cubic structure. The most popular material is the aluminium or PVC grid with cells that can have internal sizes from 13 x 13 mm to 150 x 150 mm, with heights from 13 to 80 mm, and with a rectangular or square shape. The single profile grid has a thin profile that gives a subtle aesthetic effect while grids with profiles with thick profiles at the bottom and greater height give a volumetric effect with greater impact. The grids can have an exposed or completely concealed metal load-bearing structure, with a linear and continuous effect across the entire surface. The baffles ensure the features of the grid but come with profiles parallel to each other with a minimum gap of 15 mm. The interlocking "U" profiles are individually inserted into an overhead structure. The base of the profiles ranges from 15 to 30 mm with a height varying between 80 and 250 mm and a length of up to 2500 mm. The profiles can be pre-painted or post-painted with a wide range of colours by RAL, Pantone and Sikkens.
